The team at Country Arch Care Center provides around-the-clock long-term care for residents that require more services than assisted living facilities can provide. Our caring, professional staff provide quality care, and families know their loved ones will be in the best hands possible. Our long-term care services provide around-the-clock nursing care in a homelike setting by some of the best-trained registered and licensed nurses in the industry.
Like all of our employees, our nurses pledge to treat every resident with the utmost respect and dignity and strive to help them function at the highest level possible. Our goal is to make all residents as comfortable as possible. We are dedicated to providing customized services to meet the individual needs of our residents. You can rest assured that you and your loved one will receive the highest level of care and services.
Our staff is sensitive to how difficult the decision to enter a nursing home can be for all involved. You and your family may feel depressed, frustrated, anxious, helpless and even angry. We will do everything possible to address these real feelings, and we believe that when staff, residents and family members work together, adjustment to life in our home can be made easier.
The process of adjustment actually begins before admission, may continue for weeks and even months after admission, and is different for every resident. We work diligently to create a welcoming atmosphere of caring and concern.
We are committed to enhance the meaning of life by respecting each person’s dignity and supporting your right to make decisions, which affect your daily living. We encourage involvement of residents in our programs, activities and services, and welcome resident and family input.
We offer skilled short-term rehab to assist those who, after a hospital stay, are in need of a sound rehabilitation program before returning home.
We are so excited to share with you that we will be resuming indoor visitation with your loved ones!
We recognize the emotional toll that separation from your family has taken on our residents and their families, and appreciate your patience during this difficult time.
We will still be using SignUp as we have been using for outdoor visitation. If you have any questions, please contact the Activities Department.
Upon arrival, please go directly to the Receptionist's desk to sign in and to get screened. You will then be given some guidelines to follow, mandated by the CDC, during your stay.
